Laser Cutting

Our laser cutting service at Microkerf uses Trumpf 5030 machines that allow us to cut thin and thick parts from a range of materials that we hold in stock.

Laser Drilling

Laser drilling service offers a cost-effective solution for producing high volumes of holes as small as 10 microns in diameter, ensuring precision and efficiency for your projects.

Laser Welding

We offer seam and spot welding services using a variety of advanced laser technologies. Our capabilities ensure precision and quality, tailored to meet your specific needs.

Laser Marking

Our fibre and CO2 laser marking systems deliver efficient, versatile services for alphanumeric processing, barcodes, graphics, scales, and sequential marking, with typical turnarounds of 1 to 3 days. 

Folding & Finishing

Our LVD press brakes handle materials up to 3 meters, producing 135 tonnes of force. CADMAN®-B 3D software ensures precision and high-quality bends. Fasteners are installed efficiently using PEMSERTER® machines.

Inspection

Complementing the calibrated verniers and micrometres we can also offer a complete solution to all metallographic preparation requirements along with flow and hermetic testing.
